During our recent family vacation at Lochedge Lodge, we discovered a treasure trove of activities and comfort that catered to each family member's needs. Julia and David, our hosts, welcomed us warmly with thoughtful gifts, including a bottle of wine, which added a personal touch to our stay. The lodge's layout is designed with families in mind, boasting spacious outdoor areas perfect for our children to explore safely, coupled with a lovely garden that felt secure enough for our spaniel to roam freely. The views of the loch from every window were breathtaking, ensuring that moments of peace remained abundant. Conveniently located, Lochedge Lodge is just a short drive from Stornoway and Tarbert, allowing us to spend our days exploring the stunning landscapes through local hikes. We found plenty of family-friendly activities, including cycling paths nearby.
